She Has Hope is a human trafficking response initiative operating several life-saving programs for vulnerable girls and women in Asia and Africa. 27 years ago we began our work with one project in India rescuing orphaned slavery survivors to provide them with rehabilitation and education.

Strongly encouraged retreat weekend to attend...

The Name “Cursillo” is Spanish, meaning the “Short Course” – a short course in Catholic Christianity for adults who want to learn more about their faith. During these three days, those attending will listen to talks given be clergy and other laity, meet new friends, and have the opportunity to receive Grace.
Over the weekend, participants will share the Eucharist, experience the Sacraments, learn to pray and to laugh together as a community. The Cursillo begins on Thursday evening with check-in between 6:30 and 7pm, and will end around 7pm on Sunday evening. Maine Cursillo takes place at Camp Mechuwana in Winthrop, ME. |
